Spent Xmas at an amazing hotel with outstanding staff! The rooms were super luxurious with great amenities and comfy beds. Loved the convenient location close to the main attractions and restaurants. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the cozy lounge area. The staff was extra helpful and friendly, making our stay memorable and enjoyable!

The check-in process was confusing and poorly managed. Staff seemed unaware of basic information such as check-out times and directions to the elevators.

The view of the Xiang River from the room was awesome. The room size, cleanliness, amenities, and overall atmosphere were impressive. The staff were extremely helpful, going above and beyond by lending us phone battery packs and kitchen utensils. Sue, the hotel staff, efficiently handled a lost item issue and promptly mailed it back to us. The public spaces and rooms were very nice, meeting the standards of a 5-star hotel.

We had a wonderful family vacation in a hotel located in a prime spot, with easy access to the city center, shopping mall and main shopping district. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large king-size bed and well-appointed work desk. The breakfast included a variety of options, and the staff was attentive and accommodating.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that exceeded my expectations. The spa and wellness centre was a treat, with an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, and treatment rooms. The beauty treatments were divine and the staff was professional and attentive. The restaurant, with private facilities, had exquisite cuisine that left me hungering for more. The heated swimming pool was also a highlight, with relaxing and elegant surroundings.

There was a minor issue with the live entertainment - it was not as impressive as I had hoped. However, this was a very small aspect and did not take away from my fantastic experience at the hotel.
